Discovering your true being to propel transformation

Coaching creates space to have powerful dialogues with your own self, and helps you access to the voice deep inside you to uncover important values, new perspectives, or potentials that you were unaware of before.

 

The process of getting in touch of your "true being" paves the way to find compelling vision and authentic motivation for mindset and behavioral transformation.

A coach does not give you advice, nor do they find a solution for you, but they can partner with you to find the power within you to live a fulfilled life as who you truly are. It will change the way you view the world and your experiences, as well as your relationships with yourself and with others. 

Coaching is a journey to discover your true self and meet your new self. The journey will be exciting and deepening, while it can touch your vulnerability at times. I look forward to accompanying such special moments with you.

コーチングの流れ

The Flow of Coaching Journey

1. Trial Session

The 60-minute trial session will allow you to experience what coaching is like. It is also an opportunity to assess whether coaching is what you are looking for to meet your needs and to do a chemistry check with the coach. If both parties agree, a contract will be signed.

2. Orientation

The first session after signing a contract is the 90 min orientation session. We set goals for the coaching journey and use a questionnaire to explore your important values, ways of thinking, principles, etc.. In addition, the coach will share the overall flow of coaching journey and of each session, as well as coaching methods that will be used.

3. Regular Sessions

Each regular session is 60 minutes. We meet for a total of 6 sessions over 3 months, or a total of 12 sessions for a 6 months, depending on the package you chooses. The recommended frequency is twice a month (biweekly), but it will decided together with you based on your preferences.

The Balance Between "Being" and "Doing"

The CoActive Method, developed by CoActive Training Institute, focuses on both the “Being” and the “Doing” of a client.

 

The “Being” reflects who you are as a person, what you feel and believe, what moves you, and how you want to live your life.

The “Doing” is the actions you take.

The CoActive Model explores your Being and connect it with your Doing to create authentic motivation for mindset and behavioural change. It is a powerful approach because it unlocks the door to access your whole being—not only for you to “think” but also to really “feel” and “sense” yourself.

Visions and actions inspired by your “Being”

We live in fast paced society where it is increasingly action oriented and results driven. Such environment can push you to focus more on the Doing, and ignore the Being side of you that is also the core of who you are. The model ensures that a client gets in touch with both the Being and the Doing to create authentic and sustainable drive for their transformation.

Connecting to your Head, Body and Mind Spaces

In my coaching sessions, I help my clients connect not only with their head-space, but also with their mind- and body-space to explore both of their Being and Doing by engaging them with simple body exercises or visualization work. Leaving aside rational and logical thinking and focusing on sensing their heart, mind and body allows them to connect deeply with their whole being and reveal new perspectives, true desires, or courage for action that are often buried deep inside their conscious mind in their busy, day-to-day lives.
