Couples Coaching
Deepen Your Relationship — One Level Further
You may not be facing a major crisis.
And yet, somewhere inside, do you ever find yourself thinking:
“If only we could speak more honestly with each other.”
“If only we could feel safer showing our differences.”
“If only we could co-create the next chapter of our lives with more conscious intention.”
A couple’s relationship, while stable, can sometimes become fixed within unconscious patterns.
If you heaer a subtle voice of discomfort in the relationship that says:
“Though there are no obvious conflict, it doesn’t quite feel like a truly open relationship where we help each other grow,”
It may be a sign that your relationship is ready to evolve into its next form.

A mature partnership is one that can hold differences.
It is where open, honest dialogue and unwavering trust coexist.
When you turn your attention to the relationship itself,
and allow it to evolve into a shape that fits your current phase,
The future shifts from something that simply “continues”
to something you consciously create together.
Would you like to explore what hopes and possibilities are waiting within your relationship for a mature partnership in a safe, open space?
Who is Couples Coaching for?
Couples coaching is for those who resonate with experiences like these:
-
Reclaim the "essential dialogue" as partners that has been sidelined by the busyness of daily life.
-
Address the subtle misalignments in priorities and time management. Build a partnership where you can openly share emotions and values to inspire each other’s growth.
-
Redefine your roles and balance after major life events like childbirth or parenting. Consciously reshape your relationship to fit your current life stage and phase.
-
As one partner embarks on a new career, business, or a big challenge in life, the relationship naturally reaches a turning point of its own.
-
Realign on your life’s direction and vision to intentionally co-create the future of your partnership and family.
-
On this wedding anniversary, give yourselves a thoughtful gift—an investment in your relationship’s future.

Couples Coaching Process
1. Pre-Session Interview
Once you sign up for a trial session, we will begin with a 30-minute pre-session interview, either individually with each of you or together as a couple.
Through this conversation, we will clarify your current situation and the changes you are seeking. Based on this understanding, the coach will design a tailored coaching plan for you.
2. Trial Session
The 90-120 minute trial session will allow you to experience what couple coaching is like. It is also an opportunity to assess whether coaching is what you are looking for to meet your needs and to do a chemistry check with the coach. If both parties agree, a contract will be signed.

3. Regular Sessions
Each session lasts 90 to 120 minutes. There are two options: a 5-session course and a 10-session course. Sessions are typically held every three to four weeks, though the frequency is decided in consultation with the clients.

About Systems Coaching
What Is Systems Coaching ?
Couples coaching uses a methodology called Systems Coaching —
a coaching approach that specializes in "working with relationships."
While many forms of coaching focus on individuals,
Systems Coaching looks not only at “you” and “your partner,”
but also at the relationship itself as a distinct entity.
It shines a light on the relationship as something that exists between you.
For example:
-
When the same interaction patterns keep repeating
-
When you feel safe yet still hold something back
-
When there are areas you somehow hesitate to step into with each other
These may not be issues belonging to one person alone.
They may be created by the “system” of your relationship.
Systems Coaching works directly with this relational system,
drawing out the inherent wisdom and potential that the relationship already holds.
Instead of simply asking, “What future do the two of you want to create?”
we also ask, “What future does this relationship itself long for?”
When the relationship is treated as if it were a living entity,
dialogue deepens — and the partnership evolves into a new quality.
