Hello, I am Ai Morita. I provide coaching services while raising two children in Nepal --the land of the Himalayas!
Born and raised in Japan, I lived in various countries for the past 20 years including: the United States, China, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Malawi, and Nepal. Before becoming a coach, I dedicated my passion and energy to the international development sector for over 10 years, working with the United Nations and international NGOs.
While I spent half my life exploring different parts of the world, the most inspiring moment was when I witnessed the people I met making small mindset changes and blooming their potentials through "deep dialogues." The experience eventually led me to professional coaching, in which I now find a true sense of fulfillment.
My strength as a coach includes the ability to build trust-based partnership with my clients beyond their race, nationality, culture and/or social background. I bring the values of diversity and creativity, and a sense of global community into my coaching approach.

These are the values that I gained through my life experiences living in different cultural contexts and building trust with people of various backgrounds.
The diversity I was fortunate to experience taught me that everyone is uniquely different and beautifully human. And it is in acknowledging and honoring the differences and diversity in oneself and others that allows to one to live as who they are.
This belief lies at the heart of my coaching—to help others embrace their authentic selves, nurture meaningful connections, and thrive in the richness of their unique journey.
